Delivery

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to most suburbs across the Gold Coast. Please check our delivery suburb list to confirm if we service your location. If you place an order for a suburb we do not deliver to, we reserve the right to cancel your order immediately and issue a full refund without prior notice.

What are your delivery options?

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday, and before 12pm on Saturday.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?

Absolutely! During the checkout process, you can choose your desired delivery date. At the moment, you can order flowers up to 21 days in advance, but please contact us if you have a date in the future, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What if the recipient is not home during delivery?

When you place your order, you automatically agree to allow us to leave the flowers outside if no one is home, provided it's safe to do so. Rest assured, all bouquets are wrapped in a water bag. We will make every effort to keep the blooms out of direct sunlight, but we cannot guarantee this. It’s essential to ensure the recipient's phone number is correct so our courier can notify them via call or text about their delivery. If we can't reach the recipient, we'll call or text you instead.

Our delivery drivers will assess each situation individually. If they determine it’s unsafe to leave the flowers outside or they are unable to access the apartment building or house, the flowers will be returned to the warehouse. The recipient can then pick them up, or a redelivery fee will apply. For this reason, please provide two separate phone numbers on the order: yours and the recipient's.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2pm on weekdays, and 12pm on Saturdays. Check our availability for specific products, our sympathy & funeral range have a lead time of 3 days. Call us if you have an urgent order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What if my items arrive damaged?

At Indigo & Jade, we prioritise your satisfaction and aim to address any issues promptly. On rare occasions, despite our best efforts, flowers and gifts may arrive damaged. If this happens, please contact us right away at 0420 645 988.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept responsibility for damages if we’re not informed within 3 hours of receiving the flowers or gifts. Read our full damage policy here.

Why is there an extra delivery charge on my item?

Some of our items, like the Funeral Casket Spray or Urn Hugger, will incur an oversized delivery charge as it requires delicate handling and a different courier to transport, to ensure that the item arrives per your requested time.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, all orders are available for pick up from our warehouse in Burleigh Heads. Our pick up hours are 9am – 3pm. Please call if you'd like to come earlier, we open from 7am and should be able to accomodate your request.

How do I care for my flowers once they arrive?

To keep your flowers fresh, trim the stems at an angle, place them in clean water, and keep them in a cool location away from direct sunlight. Flowers like fresh water and it would be ideal to change the water daily.
