Local Delivery Rates and Estimates
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
By placing your order, you agree to allow us to leave the flowers outside if no one is home and it’s safe to do so. They’ll be left under cover and in the shade where possible.
We strongly recommend to ensure that the recipient’s contact details are accurate as we will contact them via text message or call with the phone number you provided at checkout should any issues regarding the delivery arise. If we can’t reach them, we’ll contact you.
In case the deliverer is unable to proceed with the delivery, the flowers will be returned to our warehouse. They can then be collected from our Burleigh Heads warehouse or you can arrange for a re-delivery. This will incur a re-delivery cost.
Deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm on weekdays and 10am to 3pm on Saturdays. Please note that we are not responsible for any courier delays.

Hospital Delivery
We do deliveries to hospitals. However, there are a few things to consider before placing your order:

Check if the hospital allows flowers

Choose hypoallergenic and non or light-scented flowers such as Australian natives, roses, snapdragons, chrysanthemumstulips, carnations, irises, sunflowers, tulips, hydrangea, baby’s breath etc.

Choose a vase arrangement to make it easy for the patient/staff to display and move around

Double check the department and room number of the patient in case they have been transfered (please note that some departments do not allow flowers)

Please note that the deliverer won’t be able to bring the flowers to the patient directly; they’ll be left at reception and delivered by the staff
In-store pickup
You can skip the delivery fees with free local pickup at 8/3 Flagstone Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up either on the same business day or the date you selected. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 3pm on weekdays and 8am to 12pm on Saturdays.
