Our minimum lead time is three days. If you need a delivery sooner, please reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Funeral casket sprays incur an extra $15 delivery charge. We deliver to these suburbs, please specify what time you need the flowers by. We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
Yes, all orders are available for pick up from our warehouse in Burleigh Heads. Our pick up hours are 9am – 3pm Monday to Friday, and 10am – 12:30pm Saturday.

Will my arrangement look like the photo?
Flowers are seasonal and will vary. Your casket spray will reflect the chosen colours, with specific blooms dependent on availability. We’ll ensure the selection is always beautiful and of the highest quality. If you have a specific flower in mind, please contact us before ordering, as we cannot guarantee any particular flowers.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Absolutely! During the checkout process, you can choose your desired delivery date. At the moment, you can order flowers up to 21 days in advance, but please contact us if you have a date in the future, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Why is there an extra delivery charge on my item?
Some of our items, like the Funeral Casket Spray or Urn Hugger, will incur an oversized delivery charge as it requires delicate handling and a different courier to transport, to ensure that the item arrives per your requested time.
